Atletico Bucaramanga vs Fortaleza prediction

Atletico Bucaramanga, under the management of Leonel Alvarez, won the 2024 Apertura in the Colombian top-flight last season. They have been surprising with back-to-back victories to kick off their continental campaign in South America and most recently extended their good run of form to just one defeat in their last nine matches across all competitions.

They now take on a Fortaleza side that had their game against Colo Colo suspended a few weeks ago due to the deaths of supporters in severe crowd trouble before and during the game. Their one Copa Libertadores match so far this season has seen them lose by three goals to nil against Racing at the beginning of last month.

Atletico Bucaramanga have clearly made themselves difficult to beat and, with their home advantage, would be confident of continuing their impressive run of form of late.
