Athletic Bilbao vs Mallorca prediction

Athletic Bilbao's strong start to the season, in which they won their first three La Liga games, seems like a distant memory as they are now winless in their last six games across all competitions, losing five of those.

After losing 1-0 to Villarreal last Saturday, the Basque side were handily beaten 4-1 by Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League, and they are under pressure to stop the rot and get a result here.

The take on one of the division's early strugglers with Jagoba Arrasate's Mallorca currently in the bottom three, although they did pick up a much-needed first win of the season last weekend with a 1-0 triumph over Alaves.

That could prove to be a false dawn though, as we're expecting the hosts to bounce back from recent disappointments and end their poor run.
