Arsenal vs Liverpool prediction

Arsenal came through another test on Saturday, emerging as 2-3 winners against Bournemouth in a match which saw the Cherries take an early lead.

With two second-half goals, Declan Rice once again played an instrumental role for the Gunners, who will now look to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League with victory against last season's title winners.

They face a Liverpool side who have cut out the defeats over the last month or so, but there have still been far too many dropped points.

Case in point was Sunday's 2-2 draw with Fulham, although it took a goal of the season contender from Harrison Reed to rescue a point for the Cottagers at the death.

Overall, the Reds have been nowhere near the level of Arsenal this season. With the hosts almost back to their first-choice backline, they look capable of keeping out an opponent lacking options in attack right now.
