This fixture against Crystal Palace at the Emirates Stadoim is a potential stumbling block for title chasers Arsenal, but Mikel Arteta's side are swatting aside all challengers right now.

Arsenal preview: Firing on all fronts

Table-toppers Arsenal are continuing to grind out the wins in the Premier League with Leandro Trossard scoring the only goal of the game in last weekend's victory against Fulham. The winner came from yet another set-piece as the Gunners continue to cause opponents plenty of problems from dead-ball deliveries.

Also flying high in the UEFA Champions League, Mikel Arteta's men made it three wins from three in the league phase with a resounding 4-0 triumph over Atletico Madrid on Tuesday, Viktor Gyokeres helping himself to two goals.

Crystal Palace preview: Juggling act

Crystal Palace were involved in one of the games of the season last weekend with Jean-Philippe Mateta scoring a hat-trick in a thrilling 3-3 draw with Bournemouth. Indeed, the Eagles could have snatched victory at the end had Mateta not missed a clear-cut chance for his fourth goal of the afternoon.

That high-octane fixture appeared to take its toll though, as Oliver Glasner's side surprisingly lost 0-1 at home to AEK Larnaca in the UEFA Conference League on Thursday.

Arsenal team news: Gabriel doubtful

The main takeaway from Arteta's press conference is that centre-back Gabriel hasn't trained following his withdrawal from the midweek Champions League fixture with an unspecified issue. Should he miss out, either Cristhian Mosquera or Piero Hincapie are likely to partner William Saliba in defence.

Martin Odegaard, Noni Madueke, Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus are all still working on their recoveries and are not available for selection.

Predicted XI (4-3-3): Raya; Timber, Saliba, Mosquera, Calafiori; Eze, Zubimendi, Rice; Saka, Gyokeres, Trossard

Unavailable: Odegaard (Injured), Madueke (Injured), Havertz (Injured), Jesus (Injured)

Questionable: Gabriel (Injured)

Crystal Palace team news: No new concerns

Oliver Glasner reported no fresh injuries from their Conference League defeat on Thursday.

That would mean that Chadi Riad, Caleb Kporha and Cheick Doucoure are the only players currently occupying the Eagles treatment room.

Predicted XI (3-4-2-1): Henderson; Richards, Lacroix, Guehi; Munoz, Wharton, Kamada, Mitchell; Sarr, Pino; Mateta

Unavailable: Riad (Injured), Kporha (Injured), Doucoure (Injured)

Questionable:

Arsenal vs Crystal Palace prediction

Arsenal are showing no signs of letting up right now and are playing with incredible defensive resolve combined with ruthless efficiency from dead-ball situations.

Although Crystal Palace have been one of the most impressive sides in the Premier League this season, they may be starting to feel the effects of juggling domestic football with their European endeavours. Indeed, they looked sluggish on Thursday in their home defeat to Cypriot opposition.

With a squad depth better equipped deal with such a schedule, Arsenal will fancy themselves here, and after boosting his confidence with a double against Atletico Madrid midweek, Gyokeres could be to one to look at in the goalscorer markets.

Arsenal vs Crystal Palace tip: Arsenal to win Viktor Gyokeres to score anytime
