Argentina vs New Zealand prediction
Argentina’s wait for a home win over New Zealand goes on after they fell to the All Blacks in Cordoba last weekend, losing 41-24 in a contest that saw them compete well for large portions of the match.
Still with the memory of their 38-30 victory over New Zealand in Wellington last year, the Pumas will firmly believe that they can avenge last weekend’s defeat when the two face off in Buenos Aires on Saturday.
The All Blacks, though, reclaimed top spot in the word rankings following last week’s win, the first time they have done so since November 2021, and it is a position they will be determined to keep hold of for the foreseeable future.
Given the fact that reigning champions South Africa lost on the opening weekend, another victory here would really put them in the driving seat two this year’s Rugby Championship.
If last week’s victory is a sign of things to come from the All Blacks, they can be expected to do the double over Argentina.
