Argentina vs New Zealand prediction
Argentina beat all three of their Rugby Championship competitors last year, making a real statement about their intentions to compete with the southern hemisphere powerhouses, and they will look to build upon that this time around.
The Pumas defeated the British & Irish Lions two months ago, but somewhat surprisingly lost twice to a weakened England outfit following that.
New Zealand, who finished two points ahead of Argentina last year, but ultimately behind champions South Africa, achieved a hat-trick of victories over France in July, and will be determined to reclaim the Rugby Championship Trophy from the Springboks.
An All Blacks win in this fixture is by no means a foregone conclusion anymore, but they are still favoured against an Argentina side who can be brilliant but who also suffer from inconsistency.
