Angers vs Lille prediction

Angers come into this one on the back of a 2-0 loss away at Lorient in their most recent outing last weekend. However, they do still sit firmly ensconced in the middle of the Ligue 1 table.

Lille have endured a miserable start to the calendar year of 2026 and that continued in midweek as they suffered a 1-0 loss at home to Red Star Belgrade in the first leg of their UEFA Europa League knockout playoff round tie.

That loss means that the Northerners have now managed one win in their last ten matches across all competitions. Angers, with home advantage and general stubbornness, will absolutely fancy their chances.

Angers vs Lille tip: Double chance - Angers to win or draw
