Salah’s first two Premier League hat-tricks for Liverpool came in the year 2018, but in different seasons. The 2017-18 campaign saw him net his first Premier League hat-trick as he came away with a four-goal haul in a resounding 5-0 victory over Watford at Anfield on March 17th. Later in 2018, December 8th to be precise, Salah netted his only Premier League hat-trick of the 2018-19 season away at Bournemouth in a 0-4 win for Liverpool.
But Salah’s two Premier League hat-tricks since then were highly notable, not for the opposition in which they came against. On opening night of the 2020-21 Premier League season, Salah led Liverpool to a dramatic 4-3 win against Leeds, whilst surely the most memorable of his Premier League hat-tricks came at Old Trafford against Man Utd.
On October 24th 2021, Jurgen Klopp’s Reds thrashed their fierce rivals by five goals to nil with Salah scoring Premier League hat-trick number four.
