Algeria vs Zimbabwe prediction

The Algerians come into this one on the back of a 2-1 victory over Uganda to round off CAF qualification for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, during the October international break. Vladimir Petkovic’s side finished at the top of Group G with eight victories and a draw in their ten qualifiers.

They face a Zimbabwe side that finished rock-bottom in Group C, in what was a very tough group but they still underperformed. They failed to win with five draws and five losses. The Zimbabweans most recently suffered a slender 1-0 loss to Lesotho at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.

Zimbabwe appear to be one of the very weakest teams in Africa once again, and Algeria will be expected to ease themselves a comfortable win in north Africa.

Algeria vs Zimbabwe tip: Algeria to win -1 handicap
