Alajuelense vs LAFC prediction

In the first-leg of this CONCACAF Champions Cup second round tie at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles last week, LAFC were held to a 1-1 draw with Alajuelense in a game in which the Costa Ricans took a first-half lead.

LAFC have some real stars for North American football, including the scorer of their equaliser, Denis Bouanga. The Californians have won four from four in the Western Conference of Major League Soccer in 2026.

Alajuelense would always have fancied themselves with their home advantage and they will be a stiff test for LAFC – and it may well be a thriller for the neutral.
