Usual overachievers Al Taawon have been indifferent at the start of this season as they now take on a similarly average Al Fateh side this weekend.

Al Taawon vs Al Fateh prediction

Al Taawon and Al Fateh have both started the 2026-27 Saudi Pro League season with two draws and two defeats in their four matches, languishing down at the bottom end of the table.

Al Taawon come into this one on the back of a hard-fought 2-1 defeat to defending champions Al Nassr last weekend with a much-improved performance in that game. Al Fateh, on the other hand, most recently shared a goalless draw with another of Saudi Arabia’s giants, Al Ittihad, last week.

This would appear an evenly matched contest and a low-scoring encounter is in store but Al Taawon should be the team to be sided with for this one, though, with their home advantage.

Al Taawon vs Al Fateh tip: Double chance – Al Taawon to win or draw & under 3.5 goals
