Al Taawon have returned to better form again this time around but they remain just outside of the top five after a shoddy recent run of form. The hosts' 1-1 draw with Al Qadsiah was respectable in isolation but has extended their winless run of form to six matches in the Saudi Pro League.

They now face an Al Fateh side that are in similarly indifferent form as they sit firmly in the middle-of-the-table after salvaging a point late on against ten-man Damak at the Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Stadium in their most recent outing the other day.
