Al Shabab, under the management of former Real Sociedad boss Imanol Alguacil, have been able to push themselves away from the bottom three and the relegation places recently. However, they were beaten 1-0 by struggling Al Kholood last weekend.
They now face an Al Ahli side that, under the management of former Red Bull Salzburg boss Matthias Jaissle, are three points behind Al Hilal at the top-of-the-table after a 2-0 defeat of Al Hazem last weekend.
Al Ahli are a very awkward team to play and score against. They remain in the title race and should come out on top in this one at the King Fahd Stadium.
