Al Sadd managed to defeat Al Hilal on penalties in the round of 16 the other day. Having gone 1-0, 2-1 and 3-2 down in that game, goals from Claudinho, Rafa Mujica and Roberto Firmino gave the Qataris parity before they pinched it with the tiebreak.
They now face a Vissel Kobe side that entertainingly defeated Nagoya by three goals to two in the Japanese J1 League at the weekend, extending their winning streak to four matches as they sit at the top of Group B domestically.
Vissel Kobe have suffered just one defeat in 11 matches but Al Sadd are entertaining and difficult to beat so both teams scoring seems a good bet for this one in this quarter-final.
