This is a really fascinating clash between big spending pretenders to the top three Al Qadsiah taking on the defending champions Al Ittihad on Thursday.

Kick-off date/time:

How to watch on TV: UK – DAZN have the rights to show three Saudi Pro League games per week in the UK, so it is worth checking their schedule / US – Some Saudi Pro League matches will be televised on Fox in the US, so it is worth checking their schedule

How to watch online: UK – If DAZN are televising this match, it can be streamed live to subscribers on DAZN’s digital platforms / US – If televised, this match can be streamed on Fox’s digital platforms, while Fubo subscribers can also stream certain Saudi Pro League matches live

Al Qadsiah vs Al Ittihad prediction

Al Qadsiah come into this one on the back of back-to-back demolitions of Al Fayha, by five goals to one, and then Al Hazem, by five goals to nil. That has extended their current winning streak in the Saudi Pro League to five matches.

They now face an Al Ittihad side that have struggled in the defence of their title, albeit have improved since the appointment of former FC Porto boss Sergio Conceicao. They did, though, suffer a 1-0 loss at home to Al Ettifaq the other day.

Al Ittihad have been better under Conceicao but a stodgy couple of performances recently would make Al Qadsiah a worthwhile bet, especially with home advantage.

Al Qadsiah vs Al Ittihad tip: Double chance – Al Qadsiah to win or draw
