Following their promotion to the top-flight last season, Al Najma have struggled as they sit rock-bottom and still winless after nine matches of the Pro League campaign. The home team most recently suffered a slender 1-0 loss to Al Taawon the other day due to a late Roger Martinez goal scored in the 85th minute.
They now face an Al Khaleej side that come into this one on the back of a slender 1-0 defeat at home to Al Fateh in their most recent outing, the other day, extending their losing streak to three matches. Despite that, they remain tucked inside the top-half of the table ahead of this one.
Al Khaleej need some respite and this would appear the ideal opponent to get some against and siding with Al Khaleej would appear the way to go for this one.
