Al Khaleej come into this one on the back of a 3-0 hammering at the hands of Neom in their most recent outing, the other day. That means that they have started this season with three draws and two defeats in their opening five matches.
Al Riyadh had started the season slowly with back-to-back defeats but did show much-needed improvement in games against Al Shabab and Neom as they look set for another relegation battle in the Saudi Pro League.
Al Khaleej are struggling at the moment and neither side are expected to be overly fluent and so a low-scoring encounter seems a decent bet for this one.
