Al Ittihad vs Al Kholood prediction

Jens Wissing has been appointed Al Ittihad boss after they underperformed to finish fifth last season. Al Ittihad remain reliant on fairly inconsistent players, such as Steven Bergwijn, Houssem Aouar and Moussa Diaby, who nearly joined Sunderland earlier this summer.

Al Kholood avoided relegation last season and will be expected to improve with former Oxford United boss Des Buckingham at the helm. Buckingham has a squad that is among the weakest with a fairly limited crop of foreign players.

Al Kholood will be expected to be involved in a relegation battle this season and Al Ittihad remain firm favourites on the opening day with their home advantage.

Al Ittihad vs Al Kholood tip: Al Ittihad to win
