Al Ittihad vs Al Hilal prediction

Al Ittihad have begun the defence of their Saudi Pro League title with ten points collected from their opening five matches. They did manage to end a three-match winless run of form across all competitions by hammering Al Shorta by four goals to one in the group stages of the AFC Champions League the other day.

They now face an Al Hilal side that, under the management of former Internazionale boss Simone Inzaghi, are unbeaten after their opening five Saudi Pro League games. Last week, they hammered Al Ettifaq by five goals to nil before then enjoying a 3-1 win over Qatari side Al Sadd in the AFC Champions League.

Known as the Saudi El Clasico, this could be a season defining clash for both sides and, given the form, Al Hilal will be confident of inflicting more pain on the champions in the capital city.

Al Ittihad vs Al Hilal tip: Double chance – Al Hilal to win or draw
