Al Ittihad vs Al Fayha prediction

Al Ittihad’s performances have been unconvincing for a while but they do sit six points clear at the top of the Saudi Pro League table ahead of this weekend’s round of fixtures, whilst also having the King’s Cup of Champions final taking place later this month. They defeated Al Nassr by three goals to two in midweek with a dramatic turnaround and a late Houssem Aouar winner.

They now face an Al Fayha side that have been much-improved since the Saudi Pro League winter break as they try and push towards the middle-of-the-table. The visitors managed to defeat an out of form and struggling Damak side by two goals to one in midweek to mean they have now suffered just one loss in their last six matches in Saudi Arabia.

Al Ittihad have required plenty of late winning goals in the last few months but despite their unconvincing performance level, they would have to be seen as favourites for this one.
