Al Fateh have been much-improved in the second-half of the campaign as they try and push away from the bottom three and the relegation places. Al Fateh most recently shared an entertaining 2-2 draw with Al Riyadh last week to extend their current unbeaten run of form to five matches.

They now face an Al Shabab side that have begun to run out of time in their pursuit of a top four or five finish and potential continental competition qualification for next season.
