Al Duhail vs Al Ahli prediction

Al Duhail come into this one on the back of collecting just one point from their final three games in Group B of this competition. The Qatari outfit suffered a 3-1 defeat at home to Al Sadd at the weekend to mean that they sit eighth in the Qatar Stars League.

Al Ahli, on the other hand, appear to have cracked domestic football under Matthias Jaissle this season, with previously strong performances under the former Red Bull Salzburg boss having been limited to this competition in recent campaigns.

The visitors are firm favourites here and they will expected to make it a 15th win in 17 matches, the other two being draws, in the first-leg of this round of 16 tie on Monday.

Al Duhail vs Al Ahli tip: Al Ahli to win
