That means they begin this weekend’s round of fixtures sitting outside of the top four in the Saudi Pro League. They now face an Al Ittihad side that produced a stunning comeback to defeat Al Shabab by three goals to two in the semi-finals of the King Cup of Champions thanks to a brace of goals in second-half stoppage-time from Danilo Pereira. The visitors are at the top-of-the-table but they have been inconsistent and unconvincing of late so siding with the frustrated Al Ahli for this one may well be a good value bet for this one in the Jeddah derby.
