THE PREDICTION
Sydney Swans welcome the Gold Coast Suns to the SCG and they will be determined to return to winning ways after losing to Brisbane Lions by 24 points in round seven. They are boosted by the news that Logan McDonald and Paddy McCartin are both available after concussions so they will strength the side. That does not bode well for the Suns and their coach Stuart Dew who is under increasing pressure having won just two of their opening seven. They went down again last time out at the hands of Collingwood and as they travel to Sydney facing a strong team fired up themselves, it is hard to make a case for the Suns getting anywhere close to the hosts here.
