Adelaide United vs Sydney Prediction

Adelaide United have been enduring a really poor run of form of late. They were challenging Auckland at the top-of-the-table through the Australian summer but they have now recently suffered a 5-4 loss to Macarthur and then a 5-3 defeat to Melbourne Victory to mean they are now winless in their last nine matches with those nine games consisting of 43 goals. They now face a Sydney side that have been distracted by the AFC Cup this season but remain steady, albeit most recently suffered a 3-2 loss to Melbourne City last weekend. Given that form of the two sides, a high-scoring affair seems likely for this one at the Hindmarsh Stadium in Adelaide.

Adelaide United vs Sydney Tip: Over 2.5 goals
