At 29 years old, Su Mudaerji (17-7), known as "The Tibetan Eagle," remains one of the more entertaining fighters at flyweight. He is 4-4 in the UFC and comes into this bout off a narrow split-decision win over Mitch Raposo. Before that, he dropped fights to seasoned contenders Charles Johnson and Tim Elliott, as well as to Matt Schnell.

He rebounded in style last time out, securing a unanimous decision win over Ronaldo Rodriguez — even dropping him in the fight as an underdog. Prior to that, Borjas suffered defeats to Alessandro Costa and current #1 contender Joshua Van.
With 80% of his victories coming by KO/TKO, Borjas carries real finishing ability for the weight class. He is a lightning-fast striker with sharp hands and enough power to trouble most in the division.

This is a well-matched fight, with both men offering strong striking and genuine knockout potential. However, recent form gives Borjas the edge. While Su Mudaerji scraped by with a split decision over Raposo, Borjas outclassed Rodriguez convincingly and looked the sharper, more dangerous fighter.
