SunRisers Leeds come into this one on the back of a five-run loss to Trent Rockets at Trent Bridge at the weekend. Despite Zak Crawley and Harry Brook again performing reasonably well with the bat at three and four respectively, SunRisers have now won two and lost two of their four matches in the group stage thus far.
London Spirit, on the other hand, have started their campaign with one win and three defeats in their opening four matches. Their most recent outing saw them bundled out for just 105 in 92 balls at Lord’s the other day with Jonny Bairstow starring with a 43-ball 56 before a containing but toothless job with the ball against Southern Brave.
London Spirit do not have the depth of firepower of SunRisers and the hosts have to be viewed as favourites for most of their games, especially against an indifferent Spirit side.
