THE PREDICTION
Ospreys were forced to concede their second Champions Cup fixture to Racing 92 after a pretty hefty covid-19 breakout in their ranks and that caused the postponement of their Boxing Day clash with Dragons. They should be able to field a fair squad for this trip to Scarlets but it would be wise to wait until the very last second on this and frankly all matches given the current unrest. Scarlets know all about that, with each of their last three fixtures postponed or forfeited across all competitions following a doomed tour to South Africa. The hosts have not played a competitive fixture since late October and this result looks almost too close to call. A lack of fans could contribute to what could end up quite a tight and drab encounter but taking the hosts to edge this outright seems the likeliest way this tough one falls.
