THE PREDICTION

Connacht were knocked back down to Earth after their seasons-best win away at Leinster to start off the new year as they were beaten 10-16 by Conference B rivals Munster last weekend. They hold two games in-hand over current Pro14 leaders Ulster but at this stage have won just five of their nine games played so far this season. They welcome an Ospreys side who doubled-down on Welsh wins last time out with a 20-28 victory away at Dragons to back-up a shock 3-17 drubbing of Cardiff Blues the week previous. Two weeks have passed since, though, and despite back-to-back away wins the South-Walians are unlikely to get a result on their travels to an Irish side even if they are currently just four points behind Connacht. The hosts will be looking for an enjoyable home win here and cover -9 to get back to winning ways at the first time of asking.
