THE PREDICTION

After their controversial loss to North Queensland Cowboys, Wests Tigers were able to use that unjust defeat to their advantage as they produced arguably their best display of the season to see off Brisbane Broncos last week. Wests ended their seven-game losing streak by comfortably getting the better of a Broncos side chasing a spot in the top four which that success seeing them climb off the foot of the ladder. They will look to build on that against fellow strugglers Newcastle Knights who arrive against the backdrop of plenty unrest within the club having suffered a fourth straight loss last time out. The Knights were poor once again as they went down to Canterbury Bulldogs and they look ripe to be picked off once again.
