Pakistan vs Sri Lanka prediction

Pakistan head into this next series full of confidence when it comes to white ball cricket following a string of positive results. In six games against South Africa (three T20s and three ODIs), the hosts were victorious in four of those six matches, winning both series. Whilst this is a 50-over clash, the last time these two nations met was a T20i at the Asia Cup, with Pakistan winning out.

It may take Sri Lanka time to adapt back to the more controlled version of white ball cricket, where patience can sometimes prove pivotal. But Pakistan come into it firmly in ODI mode and their players well-drilled when it comes to operating with bat and ball in this format. Therefore, back a home victory to start things off.
