India vs New Zealand prediction

India are continuing to boss this series and their eight-wicket triumph in game three may well have been their most convincing performance yet, Chasing 154, the home side needed just half of their allocated 20 overs to knock off the total despite losing a wicket with the first ball of their innings. Abhishek Sharma’s 20-ball 68 combined with another half-century for Suryakumar Yadav helped get the job done in double-quick time.

New Zealand’s bowlers have had no answers to India’s batters across the entirety of the series so far, especially post-powerplay. Early wickets haven’t been a problem, but stemming the flow of runs has proven impossible. Whilst there is a risk of a drop-off in standards from India with the series now won, the hosts know the importance of going into the T20 World Cup on the back of a winning run, so backing them to put another one on the board warrants serious consideration.
