Galle Gallants got themselves back to winning ways on Thursday, beating Jaffna Kings resoundingly by 60 runs after the perfect all-round display in which they racked up 193/8 batting first before bowling out the Kings for 133. Eshan Malinga was at his brilliant best, picking up three wickets for just 13 runs across his four overs.
With the likes of Malinga on song, Galle are a really tough opponent for any team. Not least a Kandy Royals side who have lost three of four at the halfway point of the league stage.
