THE PREDICTION

Another Bundesliga defeat for Stuttgart, this time at the hands of RB Leipzig sees the pressure ramp up on them even more as they have now slipped into the automatic relegation places. Having picked up just a single point from the last 12 available to them, confidence is clearly at an all-time low within their squad and things are unlikely to get better here against a Freiburg side desperate for three points following last weekend’s thrashing away at Borussia Dortmund. Christian Streich’s men bounced back with victory in the DFB-Pokal this past Wednesday against Hoffenheim and with nine goals scored across their most recent four games in all competitions, they are expected to have more than enough firepower going forward to outscore Stuttgart, who in contrast have failed to find the net in each of their last five. With that in mind, back a home victory in this one.
