THE PREDICTION

Stuttgart have taken just one point from the last nine available and despite gaining a lot of plaudits for their football this season, they are still without a league win at home having drawn five and lost three at the Mercedes-Benz Arena. Mainz have just come through a tough run of fixtures against five teams currently in the top six with a respectable four points, culminating in a shock 3-2 victory at home to RB Leipzig last Saturday, where they twice came from behind. That followed a 1-1 draw with Borussia Dortmund a couple of weeks ago and the 05ers are showing signs of life under new boss Bo Svensson. With that massive confidence boost from last weekend, they are tempting for Draw No Bet given Stuttgart’s struggles at home this season.
