THE PREDICTION

It looked as though Wolves had finally found their rhythm following their 1-0 win over what was a very good, in-form Leeds side. But Nuno’s men failed to capitalise, drawing 1-1 against Newcastle, a Newcastle side that currently sit 14th in the league. The game against Crystal Palace will be a tough test for Wolves, but it is a game they need to pick up points from, with a handful of tough fixtures lurking ahead over the next few weeks. This will certainly be in the back of the players' minds, and star man Raul Jimenez will look continue his rich run of form, adding to his goal tally which already stands at four. Palace probably find themselves higher than expected at this stage of the season, matching Wolves on 10 points but standing one place above them in 8th. But it could be argued that their current league position is rather flattering. They started the season well, but were lucky in their previous two games, drawing 1-1 against Brighton and winning 2-1 against Fulham, despite having just 35% possession and less shots taken. Therefore, a Wolves win can be expected, perhaps by a two or more goal margin.
