• Zimbabwe emerged victorious in the T20i series between these two sides, delighting the home crowd in Harare by winning the deciding match and they’ll be looking to ride their positive momentum into this ODI series.
• Bowlers Blessing Muzarabani and Tendai Chatara each missed the three T20 games due to injury and the expectation is that both will not feature in the 50 over contests either.

BANGLADESH

• Bangladesh will be looking to use the change of format as a way of bouncing back quickly, especially with them having won each of their last five ODI fixtures against Zimbabwe.

Home advantage clearly had a massive impact in driving Zimbabwe to their 2-1 T20i series triumph, but the ODIs are likely to prove a tougher challenge against Bangladesh, who contain a number of batters far better suited to this slightly longer white ball format. Tamim Iqbal especially, is a superb 50-over batter and himself, alongside the likes of Litton Das should provide Bangladesh with a strong top order platform in which they can use to kick on and ultimately accrue a winning score in this match, whether they be setting or chasing a target. With that in mind, consider backing Bangladesh to gain a series lead.
