Australia were fairly comfortable winners in the second T20i, restricting India to a fairly modest total with the ball, before their top order took care of business despite a slight wobble towards the end. Had India managed 30 more runs or so then things might have turned out interesting, but 125 all out was never going to be enough against a side with the depth of Australia.

India are too good a team to register such a meek display with the bat again here, so regardless of whether they are setting or chasing a target, expect improvement from them. Only two players recorded a double-figure score in Melbourne and that will surely change this time around. Such is the swing of T20 cricket, backing India is well worth considering.
