Both games so far between these two nations have been really close, but ultimately Bangladesh have pulled through on both occasions. The batting of Afghanistan has disappointed and left their bowlers with too much to do in each of the last two games. Whilst the Tigers have lost wickets, not enough runs on the board has allowed them to still reach their victory targets to secure an unassailable series lead.

There is little to choose between the two teams but the reality is that Bangladesh have held their nerve and performed better in clutch scenarios.
