York Knights vs Castleford Tigers prediction

York Knights desperately need to make use of home advantage if they are not to slip further down the table by losing to Castleford Tigers. Three of York’s four victories over the course of the Super League season so far have come at home and if this is to end as a successful season for the Knights, they need to keep stacking home wins.

Castleford Tigers were outclassed by Hull KR at Craven Park last time out, shipping 50 points and scoring just six. Whilst York are a clear step down in standard, the Tigers should be concerned about the number of points they’ve conceded recently, giving up a half-centuries in consecutive games. Such fragility defensively could be capitalised on by York Knights and with home advantage in their favour, backing them looks like the way to go.
