Yannick Hanfmann vs Adolfo Daniel Vallejo prediction
Yannick Hanfmann participated in two grass court events over the last fortnight, with second-round appearances in Stuttgart and Halle. At the former event, he defeated Aleksandar Kovacevic but then lost to Mattia Bellucci in three sets. The German then pulled off a brilliant result as he thrashed Roland Garros quarter-finalist Joao Fonseca in straight sets in Halle, before a loss to world number three Alexander Zverev.
He will now play in Mallorca and faces Adolfo Daniel Vallejo. The Paraguayan has not played since his defeat to teenager Moise Kouame in the second-round of Roland Garros. This will be his first tour-level match on grass in his career. Vallejo has progressed to four finals on the Challenger Tour in 2026, winning two titles. He also advanced to the third-round at the Madrid Open.
It’s hard to look past Hanfmann, especially with Vallejo’s lack of experience on grass. He was brilliant against Fonseca and tested Zverev in Halle.
