Wang Xinyu vs Renata Zarazua prediction

Wang Xinyu has her sights on a deep run on home soil after despatching Caty McNally.

The seventh seed hit back to nudge to a 2-6 6-3 7-5 triumph over the American.

The Chinese star will now take on  Renata Zarazua after the Mexican took down former US Open champion Sloane Stephens by a 7-5 4-6 6-2 scoreline. 

Zarazua leads the match-up 1-0 but that was on grass five years ago with Wang retiring midway through the second set. 

Wang will fancy her chances of levelling up in the head-to-head and with home advantage also in her favour, she should have the edge in the key moments.
