Two clubs riding the crest of a wave for different reasons. Whilst Wakefield Trinity have been far more consistent and are at the top end of the table, battling with the best of Super League, Castleford Tigers are coming off the back of arguably their best result of the season, taking a huge scalp by beating high-flying and free-scoring Leeds Rhinos.
This season, Wakefield have had the better of the Tigers, already beating them twice already. They also boast the benefit of home advantage being in their favour. On the back of a five-game win streak, Powell’s men continue to play brilliantly well and won’t take Castleford lightly. As good as the visitors were against Leeds, they’ve had no answer vs Trinity this year and it’s worth backing that to remain the case.
