Vendula Valdmannova will hope it’s a case of third time lucky in her latest main draw match.

The 18-year-old Czech has lost her previous two outings at the highest level with the world number 165 almost 30 places better off than Laura Pigossi.

The 32-year-old Brazilian is more of a clay specialist, but will be motivated to deliver on home turf and we expect she will put up a real fight here.
