Ugo Blanchet vs Learner Tien prediction
Ugo Blanchet attempted to qualify for the Paris Masters at his most recent event but lost to Ethan Quinn in the first stage comprehensively. He is without a victory on the ATP Tour this season, but he did find some success in Challengers, winning the title in Koblenz. However, his highlight of the campaign was his superb run to the third-round of the US Open after only entering the main draw as a qualifier.
He goes up against Learner Tien in round one. Tien reached the second-round in Paris, losing to Andrey Rublev. The 19-year-old made his first ATP final in Beijing during the Asian swing, losing to four-time Grand Slam champion Jannik Sinner in straight sets. He has made strides this season with a number of wins against higher-ranked players and is 39 in the world after starting the year ranked just outside the top 120 of the world rankings.
Tien does not have the most powerful game but his consistency and court coverage at such a tender age will always provide him with opportunities. He’s a strong contender to win in straight sets.
