Toulouse vs Wigan Warriors prediction
Wigan Warriors have been utterly dominant over the course of this campaign so far, sending a message to all their rivals with three wins and a whopping 114 points scored following their 54-0 battering of Leigh Leopards last week. However, it will be interesting to see if they can maintain that scoring prowess without Jai Field. Underestimating the nous of Matt Peet though, would be a big mistake and the Warriors boss will no doubt have a plan in place to mitigate Field’s absence.
Toulouse in contrast, have accumulated just 48 points, although two wins from three represents a fine return for them in Super League. But the French side were brought down to earth by Bradford Bulls last time out, losing 18-6 at Odsal. A juggernaut like the Warriors should plough through this Toulouse team, even on the road and secure victory by another sizeable figure.
