Thiago Seyboth Wild vs Laslo Djere Prediction
Thiago Seyboth Wild produced an excellent performance to beat Sebastian Baez on Wednesday 6-3 6-4 and he can take plenty of positives after beating the sixth seed. That was the second Argentine he had beaten as he overcame Facundo Diaz Acosta in the first round and the 24-year-old will bring a good mindset into this quarter-final clash.
He meets Laslo Djere who has won four matches to reach this stage having come through qualifying last weekend. He beat Alexandre Muller in the first round and then stepped up a level to beat fourth-seed Alejandro Tabilo in three sets on Wednesday.
The win over Tabilo was impressive especially after he lost the first set 6-2 but he fired back winning the second and third 6-1 7-6 to progress to the quarters.
The pair have met four times before and it is Djere who leads the head-to-head 3-1. Seyboth Wild won the last meeting however in what was their only meeting last year and all four of them came on clay.
