World number 82 Mackenzie McDonald beat Pedro Martinez in straight sets on Tuesday but the 27-year-old has failed to win back-to-back matches on tour since late May at Roland-Garros, a run of 10 tournaments. Fritz could start a little slowly in his first match since the emotional highs from London last weekend but it is hard to see him upset here. Back Fritz to win outright, probably in two.
