World number 60 Viktorija Golubic reached the quarter-finals of the Strasbourg Open on Thursday before a poor straight-sets defeat to Oceane Dodin. The 29-year-old Swiss claimed her first two wins on clay this season in Strasbourg after twice drawing Victoria Azarenka in Madrid and Rome but she won her only WTA title on the surface at the Gstaad Open back in 2016.
