World number 82 Katerina Siniakova had to wait overnight to start her first round match against Martina Trevisan but she came through comfortably on Wednesday. The 26-year-old achieved the career golden slam with doubles partner Barbora Krejcikova last weekend by winning the US Open, complementing their titles from the Australian Open, Roland-Garros, Wimbledon and the Olympics over the last few seasons.
